1.Pneumatic Cylinder does not move accidentally
Reason:
1. Air mixed with dust, causing damage to the cylinder.
2. Improper adjustment of the buffer valve.
3. The solenoid valve works badly.
Countermeasure
1. Due to the mixing of dust and damage to the inner wall of the Pneumatic cylinder (Anodized Aluminium Tube In Pneumatic Cylinder), the piston will be stuck on its back and in a real moving state. When replacing the air cylinder (made by Round Aluminum Tube or Aluminium 6063 Pipe), it is necessary to prevent the mixing of dust.
2. When the buffered needle valve is over-tightened, near the end of the stroke, the back pressure works, and the pneumatic cylinder (made by Aluminium Alloy Pipe) plate is in the actual moving state, and the needle valve throttle for buffering should be adjusted.
3. If the oil mist is improper and the air is not clean, and sometimes the solenoid valve sticks and does not work, you should supply oil properly or clean the solenoid valve separately. Because the solenoid valve is worn out, sometimes it will malfunction. Confirm that the solenoid valve is working. Whether to work at a steady pace. Solenoid valves that have been used for a long time will sometimes fail to operate due to residual magnetism. At this time, the solenoid valve should be replaced. If the solenoid valve body is damaged, conduct a separate experiment on the solenoid valve to confirm whether it works properly.
2. Cylinder cannot move smoothly, jitter occurs, uneven speed, especially at low speed
Reason:
1. Insufficient lubricating oil.
2. Insufficient air pressure
3. Mix in dust
4. Inappropriate piping
5. Improper installation method of cylinder.
6. In order to do low-speed exercise (this low-speed exercise exceeds the possible limit)
7. The load is too large.
8. The speed control valve is on the inlet throttling circuit.
Countermeasure
1. Check the consumption of the lubricator. When it is less than the standard consumption, readjust the lubricator. If you observe the state of the sliding surface of the piston rod, you can often find this phenomenon.
2. When the working pressure of the cylinder is low, sometimes the piston cannot move smoothly due to the load, and the working pressure should be increased. Too little air supply is one of the reasons for the unsmooth movement of the cylinder. The flow rate corresponding to the size and speed of the cylinder should be ensured.
3. Due to the mixing of dust, the viscosity of the dust and lubricating oil will increase, and the sliding resistance will increase. As shown, try not to use dust to mix into the air.
4. Thin piping or too small joints are also the reason for the unsmooth movement of the cylinder. Valve leaks in the piping and improper use of joints will also cause insufficient flow. You should select components of appropriate size.
5. The guide device is used to move the load. If the piston rod and the guide device are inclined and the friction increases, it cannot move smoothly and sometimes even stops.
6. When the low-speed movement is lower than 20mm/s, crawling will often occur, and a gas-liquid converter should be used.
7. Reduce load changes and increase working pressure. Large diameter cylinder is used.
8. Modified in the outlet throttling circuit.
Note In the speed control direction of the cylinder, the air should be allowed to flow freely, and the output air should be controlled. This is an important point of the air cylinder (made by Pneumatic Cylinder Kit and Pneumatic Cylinder Profile) control point.
