Precautions for use and installation：
1.First, use clean and dry compressed air. The air must not contain organic solvent synthetic oil, salt, corrosive gas, etc., to prevent the pneumatic cylinder and valve from malfunctioning. Before installation, the connecting piping should be thoroughly flushed, and impurities such as dust, chips, and sealing tape fragments should not be brought into the cylinder and valve.
2.Before the pneumatic cylinder is installed, it should be tested under no-load operation and pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure. It can be used only after normal operation and aluminum cylinder tube no air leakage.
3.Before the pneumatic cylinder starts to run, screw the buffer throttle valve to the position where the throttle amount is small, and then gradually open it until a satisfactory buffer effect is achieved.
4.We can choose galvanized pipe, nylon pipe and so on for the matching pipe material. If there is foreign matter in the pipe, it can be cleaned with compressed air.
5.It is best to control the temperature at 5-60 ℃. If the temperature is too low, aluminium honed tube will be frozen and unable to operate.
6.Rodless pneumatic cylinder can not be used in corrosive environments, which will cause malfunctions.
7.If it is used in the environment of cutting fluid, coolant, dust and splashes, it is necessary to add a dust cover.
8.Before using the rodless pneumatic cylinder, we need to check whether there is any damage and whether there is looseness in the place where the bolts are connected. Before using the equipment, we also need to adjust the speed. The speed control valve should not float too much, and should take the form of fine-tuning.
9.During installation, the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder cannot be overloaded to withstand external forces. It is also necessary to ensure that the corner cylinder is not deformed, and the deformation will affect the later use. The connection cannot be in the form of welding, which cannot ensure the long-term use of the cylinder.
10.when installing the corner, you need to pay attention to the horizontal angle, and choose an angle that is more conducive to inspection and maintenance.
