The main task of maintenance work is to ensure the supply of clean and dry compressed air to the component system, to ensure the air tightness of the pneumatic system, to ensure that the oil mist lubricated components are lubricated, and to ensure that the components and systems have specified working conditions (such as operating pressure, voltage, etc.) , to ensure that the pneumatic actuator works according to the predetermined requirements.
1. The lubricator should try to use the specification of replenishing oil once a week. When replenishing oil, pay attention to the reduction of oil quantity. If the oil consumption is too low, you should re-adjust the amount of oil dripping. After the adjustment, the amount of oil dripping is still reduced or not dripping oil. You should check whether the inlet and outlet of the lubricator are installed backwards, whether the oil passage is blocked, and whether the specifications of the selected lubricator are not. Suitable.
2. When checking for leaks, apply soapy liquid to each check point, as it indicates a leak is more sensitive than hearing.
3. When checking the air quality discharged from the reversing valve of the pneumatic components, please pay attention to the following three aspects:
(1) First, find out whether the lubricating oil contained in the exhaust gas is moderate. The method is to place clean white paper near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. After three to four duty cycles, if there is only one very bright spot on the white paper, it means good lubrication.
(2) Know whether the exhaust gas contains condensed water.
(3) Know if there is condensed water leaking from the exhaust port. Small air leaks indicate early component failure (slight leaks from clearance seal valves are normal). If the lubrication is not good, the chemical pump should consider whether the installation position of the oil pump is suitable, whether the selected specifications are suitable, whether the drip adjustment is reasonable, and whether the management method meets the requirements. If condensate is drained, the location of the filter should be considered. Applicable to the practicality and selection of various water removal components, and whether the condensate management meets the requirements. The main cause of leakage is poor sealing in the valve or cylinder and insufficient air pressure. When the leakage of the sealing valve is large, it may be caused by wear of the valve core and valve sleeve.
4. The piston rod is often exposed. Observe whether the piston rod has scratches, corrosion and eccentric wear. According to whether there is air leakage, the contact between the piston rod and the front cover, the contact of the sealing ring, the processing quality of the compressed air and the lateral load of the cylinder can be judged.
5. Like emergency switching valves, etc., use less die-casting molds. During periodic inspection, it is necessary to confirm the reliability of its operation.
6. Let the solenoid valve switch repeatedly, and judge whether the valve is working normally by switching the sound. For the AC solenoid valve, if there is a humming sound, it should be considered that the moving iron core and the static iron core are not fully attracted, there is dust on the suction surface, and the magnetic separation ring falls off or is damaged.
